As far as I'm aware the upstairs has gone, they've put in a triple bunk along the back wall so it'll be tiny, floor wise.

I'll take the bivy bag in case the woods on other side of the water is a good place for a night! Shame its not a hot summer I'd be in that reservoir its a great swimming venue.

There's a nice flat spot on the other side of the dam or one in the forest about a K from the car park.

My mistake, I mistook this: http://www.mountainbothies.org.uk/bothy ... othy_id=99 to mean upstairs was back again.

In early February 2015, I can confirm that the bothy has an upstairs sleeping platform.

Comfy for 3 arranged head to toe, maybe plus 1 at a pinch.

And the mouse downstairs can find chocolate through a dry bag !
