Being a skinflint I didn't want to splash out on a new mudguard for the 29er so made an extender for the 26" mudguard I already had.
2 litre milk bottle cut to shape and zip tied on. Keeping some of the sides of the bottle adds strength so it doesn't flop around. I might even spray it black but only because I have a tin of mat black paint lying about.
