Good point.
It'll be at least one year after release of the Dragon rim before I get one.

They did, eventually. Took about 3 weeks from time of order to them being built, then a month to arrive. Small amount of duty paid when the landed.

Both rims look good overall. The bead hook on the inside doesn't look very pronounced, so I hope they'll go up tubeless ok. They both tipped the scales at 417g each, which is great.

They're up a Shand being built into wheels at the moment, so will update again when they're back with me.

Quite a long wait on delivery then. I'll bear that in mind.

Cheers, look forward to hearing more.

Hi Ian,
i got the hookless ones and set them up tubeless easily enough (30mm width). One of them has a wrap of gorilla tape (tyre a much tighter fit) and one just has yellow Stans tape. The Gorilla tape one went up with just a track pump, not noticed much difference between them in use though.

Stu.

Sounds like they are the hookless ones, work perectly for me. Go up with a track pump dead easy, and have never burped.

There was a pair of thin ones in the STW classifieds I'm doing my best to ignore.
