I have a t shirt with "eat. Sleep. Explore" on it that I like - kind of sums me up (apart from the fact that most of my time is spent at work)

And the signature is correct. "Keep's" is short for "keep is", so the apostrophe is correct. (If I have interpreted it correctly)
