Trans Cambrian Way to Wessex Way any ideas/opinions on route

Living at the end of the South Downs Way/Wessex Way I'm tempted to start at Dovey Junction ride the Trans Cambrian to Knighton then go to Weston Super Mare and continue on the Wessex Way, but I can't seem to find any off road routes between the two, Offas Dyke Way seems to be mainly footpath so any ideas/opinions on route would be great.

Brill question this could be a possibilty for me to at some point so will be keeping an eye on this one just recently discovered the wessex way/sdw looks v good!
