WTD: On One rigid forks, circa 2011 vintage

Post by Ian »

Do you remember those On One forks with carbon legs and silver alloy crown and drop outs? Look like these:

490mm axle to crown, for 29” wheel, if I remember correctly. Anyone got any stashed away they’d like to sell?
Drop me a message if you do, thanks :-bd

The Carbon Cycles version is / was pretty much identical Ian and possibly easier to track down?

Thanks Stu - yes, I’ve seen the Carbon Cycles ones on eBay and elsewhere, but a pair of On Ones was more for “old times sake”…

Thanks for that. Cash on collection only, and Perth to Darlington is a bit of a haul…

Anyone else…?

There's a complete inbred 29er being sold on STW and it comes with the carbon fork as a spare pparently, so maybe they could be persuaded to part with the fork?

unless they'd post the fork, Perth to Milton Keynes is even further...

Thanks for that - I’ve messaged them to see.

(Not been on STW for years, but my word, how many adverts…?!)

I may just need to keep an eye out on eBay - there’s not been anything since late-Feb, but ones that did sell seem to vary wildly in price from ridiculously cheap to nearly the same as CarbonCycles pair would be new :???:

Still looking for a pair of these forks if anyone has any / sees anything around on the internet?

Bloke in Darlington was pickup only.
Bloke in Milton Keynes will only sell them with the whole bike.

Got all the parts together to rebuild the Singular Pegasus*, except for the fork…

* maybe the last one in existence now?
