Should be quite easy to change the shading styles. I'll take a look when I can

As a quick experiment I rendered the new data with the old style and it appears to have worked. Have a look at the new file gmapsupp_vmd.img which may be closer to what you are after

NOTE WELL: You will need to remove the other version from your GPS/Basecamp as I forgot to change the garmin ID so they will probably clash

How do you activate the "Greggs" layer Dave? 🤔

I've just found a way of getting that data. It can be done

Good work there Mr Barter, loaded on my etrex & had a play on BaseCamp. All works nicely & is particularly clear, even when zooming close in on the small screen on the etrex. Took a while to load the file on the unit - probably just the slow writing to the sd card - the first read into BC took a while too, but subsequent access is same as usual. Cant wait to try it on a route. :-bd

Got it on Basecamp now after a bit of computer threatening.
Looking good to me - just 'ground proofed' some of the detail locally (I know it's relying on OSM) and looks good. Will try the other version as well
Cheers again Dave :-bd cue ditching OS subscription...
