Rollers

Post by Boab »

Finally got round to having a go on the rollers I picked up from slarge at the BB200. Utterly terrifying, mainly as the band powering the front wheel was slipping.

I noticed that a bolt had fallen off, so I tightened it up. There was a crunching noise, oops.

So, can you get spare rollers for rollers...? Do I dare buy one and have another go...? 🫣
There are theories at the bottom of my jargon.

Oh, those rollers.
I was going to gently suggest that you probably didn't have enough hair.

I'd bodge a repair Boab , and bond the axle back in.
Those rollers were old when I got them off CJR61 (off here), so whilst they've not done any miles, they're a bit past it. Newer rollers are a parabolic shape to help keep you central - I actually got a set when my club was chucking some out, but I haven't used hhem properly yet.
