FS: Restrap Handlebar bag and harness

I'm selling my restrap handbag bag and harness. It's the small (14 litre) with the 1.5 litre food pouch that attaches to the front of the harness. Used only a handful of times, but due to my bike size, I can't use it to it's full capacity.
