Proper madness. I would owe thousands in unpaid fines if this policy were to become commonplace :wink:

The fines for farmers due to their littering animals is going to be astronomical.

Mmmm also read that. Curiously at about the same time as the incident a mate was giving me a lift down the A41 past that layby. There was a huge tailback down to the M25. Either it was a different cause, or it was the same cause and everyone was slowing down to watch him.
