I'm too lazy to check back to when I actually last posted, but after a while of not really riding and for a while I was pretty convinced I was giving up completely, I have recently started getting out more again.

Back in for the last part of FF2023

Jan - 104
Nov 27th - 104

Target remains, 95....

This has been a truly annis horriblis for me health wise with my heart (long story, but slightly better news), and most recently finally succumbed to covid which has laid me low for the best part of a month so far, so I've been eating poor show and struggling to get anything done. Haven't been on here for ages as it was just too depressing with not being able to do much and having to ditch the BAM, and not weighed in for an age, but I think I'm at an all time high.

Good news is I've had my wrist steroid injections, so riding should be more bearable to be able to start doing things as I improve post-covid.

Anyway, I'm away visiting family this weekend and intend to weigh in we we get back and hopefully get a flying start on Fat Fighters 24.

All the best to those of you who've hung in there :-bd

Well done on the losses, and any gains or maintains of weight is hard to come to terms with. From experience, starting now puts you in a much better position than waiting until January. Start tomorrow, get 1 month under your belt, by the time Jan '24 comes you may feel better by then.

Rowing 3 times, trainer 3 times and a bikepacking trip. If I hadn’t eaten all of that food from Friday - Sunday, then I’d have been a little more out out by the gain.
