Summer Solstice

Post by summittoppler »

Anyone else get out for it?
I've been off the bike since Easter but I definitely found my mojo up on the hill on this one!
I ventured up to the summit of Pen yr Helgi Du from the Ogwen valley in Snowdonia. It started well by riding 3 miles of the Ogwen cycle way, then a 1100ft HAB ascent was a bit tough due to the warm of the evening. Was worth the effort though. Made it back to work for 10am.
