Verena, could you nip over to Abergorlech and test this pothole sign out do you think?

Packing the car for a trip to Wales to ride my bike. What could be cheerier! 👍

Just done the brakes on the van and somehow manged to avoid the showers, so that's a win right there.

Also, hoping to find some time (albeit briefly) to have a quick fondle of my new toy later on. I'm trying to avoid the temptation to pull it apart straightaway  ... BTW, they're not stickers on the tank but all hand painted.

Is that cause at the speed it goes, stickers would peel off...?

Slightly less cheery Friday as in I don't have a weekends bike packing with lovely people to look forward to but do have some cleaning and bike maintenance to look forward to and it's a long weekend!! :-bd

Not fast by modern standards Bob but it does possess a certain brutal urgency

Show us a pic of the whole bike Stu?
Cheery for me as its a three day weekend. Apparently there is a do on in buck house tomorrow, but as I'm not invited, I don't care...
Supposed to be bikepacking this weekend but weather is less than inspiring so may just do an overnighter on Sunday-Monday as my motivation for riding in the rain is at rock bottom just now. Actually got lots of motorbike stuff to do (purely shed based) so will get that out the way ahead of my pre highland trail faffing which is looming ever closer.

Finished work at 2pm. So took a walk to the river (as not at home) and now having a nice pint of IPA to fortify myself for babysitting my nephew and niece later. :-bd

Not raining (yet) which as you'll know is something which always adds to my cheery persona. Also, that stupid idea I've mentioned previously is now taking shape and will hopefully be a fully living, breathing reality before very long.

Is your front tyre on backwards? I dont know anything about motorbikes but on a bicycle I'd expect the tread pattern to go in the opposite direction.

Very cheery Friday for me, a weeks leave to look forward to and family flying in from SA this evening foe a holiday and a wedding. Not seen them since 2019! I suspect some beer will be drunk and some bo11ocks will be talked!! :-bd

Little walk up town as a late lunch break just now cheered me up no end, after getting grumpy at work this morning.
Sun is out, and Brecon seems to have turned into bikepacking central! (downside is I wish I was there and not in the office)

If any of you reading this were there, hi  , enjoy your riding!

( Still didn't feel brave enough to shout out "any boners among you?" into the assembled masses sitting outside a cafe... )
