Aha, the makings of DFLDC there :-bd .

Six weeks ahead? Does it last that long? Is it like boozy Christmas cake where you make it well in advance then 'feed' it booze every week, but in this case lemon juice?

You can tell that I'm not a cake expert :smile: .
