I'm not sure but when i was scratching my head doing vaguely similar on my Gryphon folks on here told me my only solution was bar end shifters. And a rip-off wolf tooth derailleur extender.

Working lovely though and was out on Saturday. I always thought bar ends looked shuffle and would be crap to use (remembering DT shifters on my teenage racer). In reality they're grand :-bd

Shouldn’t have sold the Rohloff! I’ve a cracking drop bar Rohloff driven Fargo.
But seeing as though you did I’d be looking at SRAM 2x10 lots of used stuff on eBay. My nonRohloff gravel bike runs Rival 2x10 shifters (mechanical), Shimano GRX 2x10 crankset, Rival front mech, SRAM GX rear mech and Air Bike 10speed 11-40 cassette. Callipers are Juin Tech hybrid and work plenty well.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

i could hardly change the gear with the gripshift. enjoying normal gears again, they are quicker and seem nicer to use.
fancy the fargo with drops for some road touring i have planned.

Oh, that’s a shame. Do you have wrist problems?
Do you mean the standard Rohloff shifter for flat bars or something aftermarket?
