I had to Google "All Seeing Eye". I'm perplexed as to how it could be mistaken for a US Dollar symbol. Or vise versa.

Which is beyond the scope, topic or interests of this thread/site  But I'll message ya as it's my poor grammar again and it's all up for debate in the masonic lodges I guess

Sorry everyone. As you were...

‘An other religion’ may interpret it as the Eye of Providence - a good thing as far they’re concerned.

Back on (single)track...

When Cath and I started bikepacking there were only really a handful of sellers of "bikepacking kit" here in the UK: Wildcat, Alpkit, Revelate and possibly Apidura plus a Polish maker, can't remember now. Obviously a few more over in the States. Today it's a much more crowded market with the resellers/rebranders of the mass produced bags taking the lion's (sic) share.

Just been reading an article on the Tryweryn so here's a bad Welsh based pun: Llewraeath.

Hi Luke. Hope you're fixing well...

Which religion is that - do you mean freemasonry or Christianity. Either way, I wouldn't be allowed to wear it (the symbolism). But (some say) we muslims are very rigid and inflexible. Who'd have thought

Back on topic - I suppose the Wildcat dyneema bag would still be plain and superlight, so I guess it'd still be on the cards (unless it had the eye of providence/dijjal eye/all seeing eye hudden away in a corner).

Sorry... but the idea of the all-seeing eye being tucked away in a bag and not being able to see anything and getting angry but with no way to express its anger... made me chuckle this morning

Can an all-seeing eye still see if hidden away somewhere - I suppose so, if it's all-seeing? But then if it's all-seeing and can see from anywhere why does it have the form of an eye that relies on light entering it to process an image, that doesn't make sense? OK, it's just imagery and representation. But should it be an 'all-knowing brain'? Something which I really don't feel like I have this morning :???:

That's a very good question James and the kinds thing that could/should/would perplex a great many a people. I suppose the topic of many a masonic lodge meeting debates too

Shaf: Christianity. The Eye of Providence - a reassuring image of God watching over the world.

James, I like the all thinking brain idea but what I really want are All Turning Legs.

Sign of the times - enthusiast sets up successful business in their shed, gets bought out by big company.
To be honest, I'm surprised Revelate haven't been bought out by QBP....

I have two classic Wildcat custom framebags, a half frame bag and a front and rear harness (ooh and a jones bar bag thingy) all dating from the shed days so I look forward to the 'before they were famous / ken't his faither' type pub talk in years to come

I saw in the Outcast (a highbrow occasional bike mag) that Stolen Goat are sponsoring SSUK this year. +1 to SG there.

I'm not sure I see it quite that way. I ran out of steam with Wildcat and it's been passed over to another small company to carry on with what I tried to do but couldn't.
Your wording sounds a bit like they went after us (not sure if that's what you meant or not) but it really wasn't like that. I reached out to some contacts for help and Tim at Stolen Goat proposed something that made sense for Wildcat and for SG.
