Damn. Just went and tried it again with a bit more zest, and I've got light. Thank god, this really bummed me out. I'll go spin around the street tonight for further tests.

An Exposure Revo needs a lot of spinning if it’s been unused for a long time - think it charges a capacitor/battery/something before the lamp lights. Maybe a K Light is similar?

Seems to be the case, it's easier to get it going now after riding around for 5 minutes.

Yes, internal capacitor which needs to be charged before current reaches the light ... it's what provides the stand-light.

I got two klites, both still working well. It’s a very sealed unit
