Do you remember your first time?

1979 for me. Aged 14, I think. My mate Warwick and I strapped some sleeping bags and a canvas tarp to our BMX bikes with other kit in backpacks and headed off into the wilds of the Mount Coot-tha trails west of Brisbane. We used to ride the site all the time but fancied a camp out, so we did. Didn't need mats as it was warm anyway, and we made a nice fire to cook some beans. I remember nothing more than being very thirsty, as we'd only taken a litre of water along in an old Orchy bottle for both of us, for over 24 hours. Thankfully. we didn't die.
