^ a Ti Silk Road for £999, I may be wrong but dont think I've seen them that cheap before, a proper bargain. Will be riding mine later, no doubt trying not to think how much it cost me when bought it!

Some huge discounts on sportful stuff here -https://saddleback.co.uk/collections/outlet.

Very Roady and crazy italian sizing, but in my experience excellent kit. Think it's the same company as castelli and their fiandre bits are pretty much the same as gabba.

Update - just received a fiandre long sleeved jacket and it looks excellent. It's a new form of windstopper called gore infinitum and, if it's anything like the gabba, will hopefully hit the spot for long damp rides. Allegedly retails at 220 and they're selling it for 60 with free 24h parcelforce delivery. For reference, I'm 6ft, 86kg and 44 chest and the XXL is perfect.

R&R have some own brand down bags at half price. While not the lightest bag the Yangra 600 looks like a good bet for year round UK use and 'only' £135.

I bought a Yangra 400 for £100 and it seems very good. Spent a couple of 'indoor' nights in it in my Dad's basement. Seems a bargain and comes with a handy lightweight compression 'bra' on the stuff sac.

More half price Montane stuff at SportShoes. Anyone used a Prism Ultra?
https://www.sportsshoes.com/product/mon ... ku-mon2136

Until recently I was the happy owner of 2 Prism jackets. I gave one to a nephew and seem to have lost the other :???:

EDIT: Having arrived, the Prism Ultra is spot on I reckon. 280gm in XL size, takes up around a litre of space and will be as warm as a mid weight fleece. Elasticated hood which fits under the helmet, or 'shrinks' away so as not to catch the wind. I'm keeping it and the standard Prism I bought

An Arise SS g****l bike would seem to be a good buy at £820. Or £549 for a frameset which makes Surly stuff look rather pricey....

I reckon £549 for a frameset, makes £820 for a complete bike something of a bargain.

Bombtrack bikes also cheap from their ex-importer. Looks like some are a bit cheaper and some a bit dearer!

Me too. I bought a pair of wheels for a bike I don’t even have (yet)! Third set of superstar wheels. I hope they keep making spared for the hubs!?

I saw on STW that the owner of superstar will keep supporting spares (he posted himself) and it's just the wheel part of the business he's shutting down, apparently the wheel building machine was bought by sounder. Anyway, should hopefully be spares for a good while, fingers crossed!
