I rarely see what would perhaps be considered a 'mountain bike
I cannot remember the last time I saw a gravel bike ( did see a monster cross recently) on a MTB ride.
Basically stu your trails are so tame a drop bar bike can ride them...get out and shred some gnar and stop being soft

If gravel bikes were 90s mountain bikes, will the next big thing be the ATB, ie a rigid mountain bike with XC/non LLS geometry?
So the bit I was originally grousing about, not being a right of way at all, seems even worse than that initial GPX. So rather than going down the byway South Acre RB1, it goes down Fincham Drove, which isn't a right of way, and has those Private signs shown in my YouTube Short.
The second plan with the dashed purple lines is an extract from Norfolk's Definitive RoW map (unless I'm mistaken) and the markings show BOAT. It also doesn't appear Fincham Drove is on Norfolk CC's List of Streets. However, the fact that someone decides to put up "Private Drive" signs doesn't mean there is no right of access.
If you're bothered Kieran Foster is a good bloke at CUK and he or someone there would probably enlighten you, if you were to ask. IME these routes have usually had a fair deal of planning and research so my assumption is there's a decent reason and it's legit but of course accidents and errors do happen.
I cycled this route on Saturday and went down Fincham Drove, mainly as it was early hours of the morning and no one was around. Was pleasantly surprised to see the No access sign was no longer in place at the start of the track.
