My BB200

Post by Escape Goat »

Hi all,

As the November riders will be filtering through from setting off yesterday, I thought it was time to share my attempt of the October version;

Hope you enjoy it.

Nice one. We think you passed Cath on the road from Cwmystwyth to Rhaeadr - she said she pulled over to bivy about 2am somewhere in the middle of nowhere!

I felt pretty done when I got to the George 😂

I wondered if I was cycling past anyone. That’s when I decided to rest too.

Thanks for watching :)

Thank you! My mind was in the right place for about 3 weeks before the event, so I think that helped the situation. For some reason I didn’t doubt myself this year and pretty much enjoyed it as type 1 fun, the other half of questioning why I do this to myself. Still averages out as type 2 though.

Thank you both. Yep, weather was kind to me. Better than 2021 November weather for sure.

I enjoyed that.

You definitely captured the initial optimism, followed by the mumbling, then the hope that the next resupply is only around the corner, followed by the ramblings of someone too tired to hold a coherent conversation... :lol:

Thanks. You have reminded me that it is worth doing.

Cheers,
Si

Thanks Si! I'm glad it came across like that - it's how it felt!

Thanks for watching, it's well worth doing - I just have to remind myself this when I'm doing it ha!
