Me too - you probably sent the 200 to myself rather than Cath. No problem.
Now, I do know what happened there. Had two entries from a single account Bob, so only one email address.

Have the November entrants been sent the course yet?

I have nothing yet but to be honest I can't remember what email you have for me.

No, you get the GPX a week before just the same as for us early folk. It's why Stuart puts this in the email:

"NB Given that there is a second BB200 running on November 5th / 6th, can I ask that no one shares the route with any person or on-line until after then - turn your Strava / Spot settings to private!"
