Garmin spline to quarter turn adapter

Post by Asposium »

Been wanting to mount my Garmin Oregon 700 "out front" for some time.
There are various hacks and bodges available
Even a 3D printed adapter, with an eye watering price.
On the WRT LHC a fellow rider had an interesting mount
Following a conversation this was purchased from Amazon
Having tested, works brilliantly; £9.90 from Amazon

Garmin Oregon 700
Yellow cord is the anti-ejection safety system.

Looks like a proper job that Asposium. Always feels like a breakthrough when you find somethig that looks quality but without the stupid price tags (which don't always reflect quality). Hope it brings lots of joy
