Looking to plunder the riches of the boner hive mind once again....
I've been given an old terra nova tent (laser I believe, the old school, balloon bed era omm type) and am thinking I should probably reproof it before testing it in the field. What are people's current recommendations for reasonably straight forward fly, ground sheet and seam proofing? As ever, thanks in advance.

I'd likely just give it a coat of spray-on proofer. Just make sure it's suitable for silicone coated fabrics.

As above - spray lightly to avoid dribbles. Two or three thin coats is better than the 'lenon drizzle' effect.

Lovely, thank you. Nikwak solar proofer seems good value and well reviewed?

If that's UV protection and waterproofer then why not. TN are not known for their resilience to UV.Nikwak solar proofer seems good value and well reviewed?
