Obviously trying best to minimise too much nasty fats as don't want to end up with cholesterol issues. Suffering from some severe life apathy of late.
Feel crap, eat crap, feel momentarily better, feel worse, sleep bad, feel crap, eat crap and so on.....
Still, only two nights of booze consumption since late December (and that's because they were planned in advance of my abstinence) and so not all is terrible.
And I'm getting out more than I have in months, running and biking. Feeling good on the bike with upcoming trips to look forward to etc... but just can't seem to get on top of diet and attitude issues

To be fair, I have admired your style
I have been letting some things slip and allowing myself treats that I didn't have In Jan. Commuting home yesterday, I had a head wind for the 16 miles home and it was fine apart from the extra 25 mins it took longer than usual...accepting the fact I'm slow af anyway. Got home to inhale a plate of cheese and then lots a choccy biscuits. I bloody earned them though.
I feel ok with my weight now and could probably stop but I kind of feel I've set the target and should reach it to show I did it.
Some of guys guys have been making impressive progress on here. We're all winners though right?!

Seem to be getting back on track. FWIW I have ditched the Keto stuff and instead I'm tracking calories on a more balanced, albeit high protein diet. The Keto idea was to lose weight rapidly, but for various reasons, I don't think I ever actually got in to physiological ketosis, and it was just quite a depressing diet to be on.
I'm still keeping my carb intake relatively low, still avoiding spuds, bread, carby snacks etc, but I am allowing myself sensibly portioned wholegrain rice and pasta, on occasion.
Currently have my daily targets set at:
Calories 2100
Fat 30%
Carb 30%
Protein 40% - much harder to hit than you'd think!

Good stuff. I think you need to use your weight loss phase as a time to build good dietary habits so you can maintain a healthy weight long term.
Faddy diets and pseudo science aren’t going to achieve that.
