Sorry to hear it was a headache last year Si.....

It defo wasn't for us taking part... Loved it.

Some of the Hamsterley Trailblazers lads will be interested again if and when the invites get sent out and I can't miss out on being the last one out on course again.

Count us in if there's space :-bd

This!

Last year's event was the highlight of my year, if dates don't clash we'd love to do it again!

Yes, we will be starting in Cropton and there is ample parking and camping next to the Pub. I'll post up the details once everything is confirmed

One further point....

I said that this route would be more suitable for mountain bikes this year. I've now done a few sections of the recce on a gravel bike. Although some parts will be a mare on a gravel bike (yes I'm looking at you Fylingdales Moor), quite a bit of the route is gravel friendly and there is a little more tarmac this year. Therefore i revise my opinion and suggest its posible on both, although I personally will be using a mountain bike with fast rolling tyres.

You makes your choices......

Hi Guys
As things stand this year there is no Moors One Hundred. Its been a challenging year for business and added to a few health issues, as such I've not had time or the energy to pull this together. Ginny was looking for someone to take over the organisation but I dont think she has made any progress. There could be something a little more low key later in the year- Aug/Sept but nothing concrete.

I'm doing very little riding at the moment due to an old injury that has returned and I'm at the mercy of the NHS. I can manage 10-15 miles max and then spend two days in agony afterwards, so not ideal for M100. Keep fingers crossed it all works out and we can put something on in the future.

Hope you are all well

Si

I'd say it's a big loss to those of us who were keen. I've a bit of event organising experience and it wasn't easy so totally understand.

Fingers crossed your injury clears up and you get riding again soon
