A brief guide, if, like me before an extended period of googling part numbers, Thule racks seem thoroughly confusing: Basically you need a pair of bars, a footpack, and a fitting kit (which fits the footpack to the car).
If you put your registration into e.g. the Halfords website, it should tell you what you need. Please make sure you’re buying the right thing. I’ve done my best to describe each part.
All parts used but in excellent working order.

Thule 754/480 footpack
Fits Thule bars: WingBar, SlideBar, AeroBar, SquareBar
Needs a fitting kit specific to your vehicle.
Locking, comes with 2 keys
All tightening tools (captive in each foot) present.

Thule 753 footpack (4x parts 753-1754 feet and 4x part 753-1755 tightening knobs/bar ends)
Should fit any Thule bars. They fit into some older square bars and form the ends (i.e. they stay on the bars) but I used them with wing bars which have their own ends – you still need these to tighten the feet, but then they’re removed.
Needs a fitting kit specific to your vehicle.
Not these don’t have key locks (but you do need the tightening knob to remove)
