Lights of choice for all night riding? A BB200 thing...

Post by Polisherman »

It's getting near and me and Mrs Polisherman need to work out what lights she'll use.
I'll have the finest exposure setup obviously 😉
But Mrs PM will probably have to make do with an old C&B seen set and a candle in a jar...

What's your lumenage of choice for ""Adequate enough for a long night"?

I used a single joystick - quite an old one which I recall is 400 lumens or such.

The CandB Seen we have only lasts for a couple of hours. How big is the candle?

What runtime would you need?

I have either a spare Joystick or a spare Diablo - can lend it to you if you need one.

Or have a look at the Exposure seconds sale - might have finished but a few weeks ago they were selling off seconds at good prices

I've used a single Joystick. You aren't going that fast so don't need a second sun.

I use a Joystick on its own. Lowest setting (36hr burn time) is usually enough for climbs and roads. Switch to highest output for downhills.

Thanks Slarge, for a very generous offer. But I've sent some money Exposures way for a new Joystick. 🙂
