Wtd rigid fork 26er

Post by nobbythesheep »

As per title I’m on the look out for a rigid disc fork (qr ) to fit a 26” wheel ,nothing to extravagant( or expensive) as I’m experimenting with an idea

I have some Kona Project 2 steel disc forks gathering dust... I have no idea what to value them at though...

They are qr and have a 1 and 1/8" straight steerer...

Are you anywhere near the South West? South Devon to be more precise...

If not, I can pack and weigh the forks to see how much it will cost to post them.

I took a look on eBay and the only Kona P2 forks on there were all cantilever bossed models and were all over £50!

I would take £30+postage.

Let me know either way.

Cheers,

Si

If nobbythesheep does not want these and the steerer is 200mm(ish) I would have them gladly. Regards ~ Simon

SNAP .... I've had a set of cantilever brake only Kona P2's in my spares bin for about 5 years. They are no use to me.

£10 donation to Help For Heroes plus postage (which might be rather pricey) if you want them. PM me please.
I'm just going outside ...

OK,

I have packaged up the forks, weighed and measured the parcel.

Royal Mail prices are as follows, with insurance up to £50.

Signed for 2nd class - £6.10
Tracked 48 - £7.26
Tracked 48 with signature - £7.62
Signed for 1st class - £9.92

Then its gets into age verification and quick delivery options.

Let me know if you are still interested...

Thanks,

Si

Hi Simon,

The forks are available if you are still interested. £30 plus one of the postage options I have listed above. The steerer is 214mm. I can send you pictures if you give me an email address.

Cheers,
Si
