It kind of always was. When Gareth and Karen took it over, there were a number of reasons for doing so - one was that they didn't want to see the place close and lost for good. However, their intention was always to reestablish the place and then sell it on.

If we do a week each we only have a turn once every 38 years, I might be nearly 90 by the time my turn came round.
