If we're following our "glorious" leader's example, travelling no more than 7 miles from home....a circular route allows 58 miles of riding .
Could be worse...

Very clever idea of Pete's . But yep, as Pete says, got to get yourself to the circumference and back .
I'm working on a modified version which involves less mileage but is equally bonkers .Just spent two hours making some calculations but I think I've got something....

If I was wearing my cynical hat, I’d ponder on the fact that by deliberately ensuring that the guidance is vague you can convince the majority of people to blame individual members of the public rather than the government for the current transmission rates
Re: "local"? Ask Boris :-)
As with a lot of things, the majority of people (and that probably includes most of 'us') will know that it's always someone else's fault....
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

but then we've suspected for a long time that you're not "the majority of people"Bearbonesnorm wrote: ↑Fri Jan 15, 2021 8:23 pmNope, I've lived with Dee long enough to know, it's always my fault ... whatever it is.As with a lot of things, the majority of people (and that probably includes most of 'us') will know that it's always someone else's fault....
