Something reminded me of a track on this, Rabbit in the Moon. Had to look up the whole album - Sasha and Digweed, Northern Exposure 1
Quite possibly their best effort, and the bar was very high after Renaissance: The Mix Collection...
Agreed. Thought this was good recently - Sasha's set for Burning Man, it's almost along those lines, https://soundcloud.com/last-night-on-ea ... 063-131020

Thanks, that's my workshop music sorted for the evening.....

Got chatting to Sasha after his set one night at BackToBasics in Leeds in the mid-nineties. I dread to think what I might have said the state I was in - we chatted for a fair old while though so I must have made some kind of sense :-bd

Whatever I'm listening to, I'm listening to a lot of it  .
According to Spotify I listened to 132,233 minutes of music and discovered 3,987 new artists  .
What an ace year :-bd .
May you always have tail wind.

Turns out Stereophonics is my most listened to band on Spotify.

Doesn’t quite fit in with the punk vibes of the forum

I’ve been testing a new Amazon Echo Studio quite impressive so far, Talking Heads-remain in light followed by Television- Marquee Moon, thinking Stooges or Pavement next :-bd

Well for the past year or so I've just been having Quran recitation by Tawfeeq As Sayegh on MP3 repeat via my bluetooth speaker in car. Recently realised he's on Sound Cloud so a bigger playlist.... Chuffed to bits...

Just watched a vid of a very very very very dodgy route round Dinorwig quarry.

It was accompanied by this old Floyd track, refried by the RPO. Mellow/majestic. 6:10 - 8:30.... Reg almost shed a tear. Aww.

Reg, I tuned my ears into some Bad Brains today. I'd forgotten just how manic 'Pay to cum' is, what a superb song. Needs turning right up to 11 :-bd

You've gone and spoiled the atmosphere now! Like driving a JCB through a nunnery.

But I do like a man who makes a decision with precision.

Was feeling tense and uneasy working and then paused it to pop to the loo and aaahhhhh.....

Think I'll save it for another time (great tracklist though!)

I recon that Peat and Diesel are bloody brilliant too.

To be fair to Rom, that wasn't a bad programme either. I think he was quite insightful in terms of what the place is about and the relationship between a place, it's past and and its visitors.

Clowncore - Van. How did I miss this album? Going from hard electronica to grindcore to fluffy Kenny G style jazz in the same song...that's a thumbs up from here.

For some reason that reminded me of Dread Zepplins Black Dog
