I have a Garmin eTrex legend surplus to requirements. It's only ever been used a GR checking back-up so is mint and hardly used. Comes in the box with lead, instructions, lanyard, etc ... oh and it's blue if that makes any difference

HI Stuart,
Is this the Legend HCx (is there any other version?)?P
Might be interested as I had some batteries leak into my Vista HCx.
Blue won't match my eyes but never mind!
Cheers,
Mark

Mark, I assume it's not an HCx as they have a colour screen from what I can see on Google and this one doesn't.

Hi Stuart - I'll pass as i like the maps on the memory card (the x in HCX) - still a great unit and they seem very robust as long as the batteries don't leak inside... my fault for leaving crap batteries in the unit. I might wait and get new eTrex 20 or 30. Cheers, Mark
