Going on from a bit of a rant I received a phone call today. I don't get weird phone calls, but I thought, MAYBE it's Spot re my upset ignored messages....yeah right.
I picked up the phone and it was SPOT! They said for me to stop attempting to use the defective device, bin it and they've arranged a new one FOC to be sent AND 50 euro credit on my account.
They're shipping from Dublin, so there won't be much of a delay in getting a replacement.
I am now extremely happy to have that SOS button again.
A very happy Goat.

It wouldn't switch on without the lights being on test mode even if you only pressed the power button and nothing else.
