The Coast to Coast and Back Again

I had a stab at the Coast to Coast to Coast over the weekend on the road bike, passing through my own-devised route through The Dales and The Lakes with an overnight stop (and piss-up) in Workington.

A disagreement between my pedals and my knees saw me DNF after 185 miles (with 90 still to go).
