I'm trying to fit a 1/2 frame bag to a small frame and be able to use one of the bottle cages.... ta

Can you fit a 750cl bottle inside it? I think my frame is too small for a bag and bottle and cage, so I thought put the bottle in the bag, along with a few small things as it's only going to be used for day rides....
