Cut out the snacks but I've had the odd beer - even managed half a Joe Wicks session. Having a 25kg child sat on your stomach makes crunches interesting.

21/02/20 - 104.70
28/02/20 - 104.60
06/03/20 - 103.80
13/03/20 - 103.70
20/03/20 - 102.8

03/04/20 - 101.5
10/04/20 - 101.5
17/04/20 - 100.8

Another small gain (loss), which is nice - hope to break the triple digits soon

I actually started before we started this thread so my total from Mid / late Jan is even more, which is also nice.

Afternoon all, how are we all on this most glorious of Fridays? oh, still grounded eh... such is the way currently.

Anyway, not many updates of late, Should we carry on the thread? Should I publish some tables or graphs? Is there another way to motivate ourselves?

Here's me for this week

21/02/20 - 104.70
28/02/20 - 104.60
06/03/20 - 103.80
13/03/20 - 103.70
20/03/20 - 102.8
27/03/20 - 102.2
03/04/20 - 101.5
10/04/20 - 101.5
17/04/20 - 100.8
24/04/20 - 99.8

WOOO HOOO, cracked the 100 mark. Only just but all the same I felt great about that this morning.
I actually started prior to this thread and am now a grand total of 9.9kg down. As such I am in slight limbo clothes wise. My larger stuff goes on but looks silly but my older stuff dosent fit yet. But hey I'm not complaining

I believe the current trend is for smart tops, and no fecks given for anything below the camera.

24-04-20 - 117.8kg
17-04-20 - 118.2kg
03-04-20 - 120.2kg
13-03-20 - 116.5kg
06-03-20 - 116.5kg
28-02-20 - 115.9kg
21-02-20 - 116.1kg
12-02-20 - 117kg
Beginning of year - ~118kg

Not any meaningful difference this week but at least it's heading in the right direction so no complaints.

Carrying on carrying on etc... the back is slowly improving, I'm managing to manage my sh1te food intake and drinking a lot less so all good things :-bd

Seems weird after all this time to have an actual date when we'll be allowed out to play again (11th May) and so, all things progressing as they're expected to, only two weeks and three days more zombie apocalypse to go until getting out on a bike, unrestrained (well, only restrained by my useless body, closed borders and family commitments) again - yay!!!

Dave, bloody good effort sir - keep up the good work!!

Every day this month I've been on my turbo. 25 hours so far.lots of biscuits and treats and 20 beers. Without treats lockdown would be much harder but the weight much lower.

Have a read of "The Endurance Diet" by Matt Fitzgerald. Not a diet as such more an analysis of the diets of endurance athletes along with a small set of (positive) guidelines: eat everything*; eat quality; eat carb centred; eat enough; eat individually.

*Everything in this case means don't restrict yourself to just a few foods but the quality guideline means that shouldn't include highly processed foods. The guidelines don't even prohibit alcohol :-bd

No progress. 0.1 is a variable in my eyes. But really disappointed to have stalled.

Thought i was staying fairly well behaved but thinking about it, theres been idle snacking and some less than ideal meals with either lots of carbs or fats, or horror of horrors....both.
Keen not to do things i can't sustain as part of my 'lifestyle'

Will have a better week this week hopefully. Still a long way from the goal and had hoped to further along. But... onwards fellow chubbers

I wouldn't worry too much as even with prolonged angelic behaviour there'd still be periods when the weight loss stalls.

I'll have to do my weigh-in tomorrow but I'll get to it.....

Not sure what it'll be this week.

Need better behaved but not quite achieved 'angelic', very little booze and some exercise but lots of big, tasty meals so we'll see.....

Cheers for the encouragement mate.

Keep at it too. Unfortunately the no beer / booze made the biggest difference for me i think. Shame really as i really like a beer. None now for 2 months.

I’ve switched to evening runs once the kids have gone to bed so at least I’ve been able to get some exercise in.

Ok, only two more sleeps until (relative) freedom 😁

Back to wood-school on Monday and, due to things being closed, I'll be sleeping in my Landover two nights a week which means plenty of opportunity to ride my bike into the evenings :-bd

Another little step. Happy with that.

Edit, sneaking closer to target which in itself had been a moving one. Once i wished for 85kg, but really the target is below 90kg which still feels a stretch to be fair. Still, gotta aim for something...
