I'm not getting out much at the moment so I'm eating way too much junk and creeping back up again. Target weight is in the 68-70 range

Would like to be in too please.
Last year went well until about July/August when my shoulder started playin up (previousley torn rotator cuff, then sepsis, then a fractured wrist falling down the steps into the cellar (concrete of course), then at the end of January just when I though I was going to get out I somehow twisted my knee pottering in the garden another two weeks of hobbling.
Cue lots of comfort food (enjoy cooking too much) and very definately too many beers.
Anyway can only get better.

Friday 21st May: 79.1 kg

Heraviest I've ever been. Would like to get to 72 kg at least, and 67 would be very nice though possibly too big an ask, we'll see.

The good start continues:

14.2.20: 86.3kg
21.2.20: 85.3kg
28.2.20: 84.3kg

Looks a little bit too metronomic to be true but that’s what the scales are telling me.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

Yo yo yo!

28-02-29 - 115.9kg
21-02-20 - 116.1kg
12-02-20 - 117kg
Beginning of year - ~118kg

Not really anything but it's not gone up after a week of very little activity (still mostly forced rest with physio exercises only really) so I'll take that thank you very much!

I also need to confess to indulging in far too much sneaky comfort eating to battle the negativity of inactivity. I know it's the opposite of the sensible thing to do but sometimes a tiny cerebral pick-me-up is the only thing within my reach to make me feel (temporarily) better.

Onwards and downwards :-bd

28-02-20 96.2kg

Dont believe that. Need a couple more weeks readings to get a meaningful trend.

14/02/20 - 70.5kg
21/02/20 - 68.7kg
28/02/20 - 68.0kg

About right. Sadly I'm sick at the moment though, so I'm betting that was all muscle loss. :(

Target: 63kg (June 13th)

Edit - Oh, and all my figures are rolling 7 day averages, so they should be relatively accurate in terms of avoiding odd daily variations (water weight etc).

Carry on comparing from this measurement

To be fair the complication was due not having the right sort of batteries in the house, the missus piggybacking on my order and then it it being easiest to get a set of 10 from amazon and wait a day. Even I, who has zero mechanical aptitude, can change a battery

Sigh... I'm sick and I've lost massive (scary) amount of weight this week, which of course will have set back my hip recovery on top of everything else. FFS.

21st Feb - 79.1
2nd March - 79.5
Disapointed, but was away all week and eating too much of the wrong food. Can't see much change for Friday either!
Still maybe once I get back into a routine things will improve. And get back out on the bike too, still a mud fest here.

That would make me sick on top of everything else! Can't stand the stuff.

I will be making up for it next week in Mexico with lifegiving tacos and mezcal.

Well, until I eat something bad and remove the remaining meat from my bones.

I just had to google Mezcal, I only knew it was a tyre, fancy naming a drink after a bike tyre
