Hiya, I noticed a rhtesd that said thes Garmin’s are on sale , does anyone have and use one , it’s a good price and could be handy ,

Used to

I found it OK for following routes that were set up properly. But generally I used it as a speedo and for recording rides. It's tiny, which makes it very handy, and it syncs to your phone for uploading to garmin connect or strava

For off road I'd definitely want a map based one

what they said small device for local rides and commuting to record and tell me stats on a ride
I would notuse it as my ONLY means of navigation nor as my first choice means of navigation

This is similar but cheaper- never used no idea of mapping but there was somedebate on here iirc
