Not seen or handled any Jones Loops other than in the day when the only choice was black silver or carbon.
How do you tell the difference between the 'standard' H bar and the SG non butted if you were offered one secondhand?
Are the bars marked?
Is there much of a ride difference between butted and non butted?

Re: butt butt
Just looked at the butted loops I happen to have handy and there's no marking to say they are butted.
Looking at the pictures on the Jones website the straight gauge ones have SG on them.

You'll also be able to tell the SG ones by objects being attracted to them as they are so heavy they have thier own gravitational pull

Re: butt butt
Thanks Sean I hadn't even considered that the SG would be heavier.

SG ones say SG
Re: butt butt
The Jones website lists them as 625g, which to be fair is only 100g more than the butted version.
