I've seen her exploits through Twitter - Pushed the definition to the limit during the summer months when there are only a few blobs to go at

That is very cool. I wonder how she knew where to look? I suppose you could just aim high but some inside knowledge would help a lot!

There are certain snow fields that are known to be permanent (or very close) in places like the foot of the north face of Ben Nevis and Garbh Coire on Braeriach. In some cases you might only get a few metres of skiing which isn't a great return for the effort in getting there.

Read about this a while back - chapeau!

Obviously only really for the sake of being able to say you did it in the summer months but no more/less dumb than the daft crap everyone else deems important.

Good effort!

Saw that today on the beeb. That pic represents skiing in its most optimistic form, good work
I'd be up for it but would involve driving up to the Cairngorms or Fort Bill every month. Come on Colin, its up to you!

LOL - not a chance. I've seen how far she has to carry her skis, and with the funicular out of action she can't even use that as a cheeky uplift

Aha! That's where Candide Thovex gets his ideas from :-bd

If you don't know who he is - search for his videos.
Don't forget to close your mouth when you finished watching.
