Aren't 9 speed cranks the same?

rings are thinner but pretty sure you can mix and match -certainly my nw started off on a 9 speed set up and is now on 11 and has been on 10 and SS inbetween without issue- no ide what it was designed for tbh

That's what I mean John - cranks themselves should (I assume) fit whether 9, 10 or 11.

front doesn't matter iv'e got 9 speed cranks and run single/double with 10 speed
it's not that I can and others can't, it's that I will and others won't.

I've got some road cranks (shimano Ultegra I think) , and probably got some MTB cranks somewhere. And I might have some Raceface Aeffect (or something like that) with a 32T single ring on.

Let me know if anything is of interest.

Just read your last post - how nice do you want these cranks?

Also, if you get just the arms, I seem to have a Halfords warehouse collection of spare chainrings.

Hi Jay, I sent a pic through last night, not sure if you got it. I got a reply from you saying they sound just what you're after, but need a pic. Let me know if you got the pic.
