76.2kg

Up 400g. No surprise because I’ve been no holds barred eating this week. Presently on the train to the start of the itt that has inspired my weight loss.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

I've not even bothered this week. Missed Friday morning slot anyway, but that's after 2 weeks of eating crap and not moving much - but having a great time as I was on holiday with my Wife.

Back on it this week (honest).

I vote we move the weekly weigh in to Monday. I'm always my fattest on Friday, and thinnest on Monday. I felt pretty pudgy this morning so resisted the urge. Monday. I will do it Monday.

Well done and hope that nasty South/West (Minehead and beyond) wind doesn't bother you. Ride safe and dont let the forks bite (that rhymes and makes sense right... I think  )

04/01/19 - 70.0kg
---
22/06/19 - 66.4kg (-1.0kg)
28/06/19 - 65.8kg (-0.6kg)

Target: +0.4kg to +0.8kg a week (for bone repair).

FFS. That's an average over the week though, and I've basically resorted to eating junk food now out of desperation so it is ticking upwards a bit.

Sometime in April - 101.5kg
24.5.19 - 98kg
7.6.19 - 97.6kg
15.6.19 - 97.2kg
1.7.19 - 97.1kg

I'm going to treat the fact that I was 96.4kg (or something) at the start of last week as an anomaly and reflect on the eating and sitting still I did for the rest of the week. It was not good. I got back on track on the weekend and still managed a minor drop and I will take that as win and keep going.

What's working for you all.... I need some quick fix (like amputation or liposuction)….

Calorie counting and low carb round the corner for me again - anything else that works... besides self discipline?

Cheers :-bd

"Sort of " low carb for me. I find that restricting carbs and concentrating on fat/protein keeps me full longer,so I eat less, thus "sort of" controlling my calorie intake. Does need discipline though, after falling off the wagon over a couple of weeks holidays, it's hard to get back on it.

Exercise more is the other, obvious solution. My activity levels go up and down according to the weather and other commitments.

Good luck everyone :|

Better, but I'm finding it incredibly hard to eat as much as I need to. Not least because I'm still not sleeping properly, which isn't helping my appetite.

A few too many snacks to undo the exercise this week but at least I didn't go up.

Morning!!!

I managed to totally forget to weigh-in last Friday but I'm guessing I was up as I'd had a scheduled break in my new healthy regime as three of my oldest and bestest friends had been out for a long weekend the weekend before and so much excess was partaken in etc...

But since then I've been good and things all going according to plan :-bd

Managed my 5:2 fasting nonsense this week as well as a few nice rides (one of them 150km long in insane heat) as well as a run, general sensible eating and no booze.

It'll happen.....

01-01-2019 - 115.7kg
01-02-2019 - 113.3kg
01-03-2019 - 114.5kg
05-04-2019 - 114.8kg
03-05-2019 - 116.5kg
14-06-2019 - 115.4kg
12-07-2019 - 114.5kg

I'm thinking another graph is due to see what's what.

Any interest?

Aye. I had a suggestion too.

Create values as a %age of start-of-year weight so that we can have a relative measure of "success".

Happy to try this out myself if you let me have the data.

05/07 71.0 (156.5)
12/07 70.6 (155.6)

Going in the right direction. I’ve not been on the bike in a month but i’m finding the time for a half hour run 3 times a week - not ideal but it fits better time wise

Interestingly, it seems like it gets much easier to eat sh*t / high calorie food the more often you do it. Didn't really have too much of a problem increasing my weight this week. I can see the struggle some of you guys have now, because I know that going in the other direction will mean breaking a bunch of bad habits.

Can't seem to get back on it since the holidays. Seems like I need some sort of Reset button. Gutted to see myself above my target weight given I'd managed to get below it.

Sorry I've been off this guys, change of career with a view to more leisure time is just
Coming to fruition, it's been 2 months of training away from home and being thrown
Into the sharp end, add that to being skint from changing jobs and I'm avoiding the
Scales  .... hopefully settling down now so back on it so will brave the weighbridge
Of doom

17st 3 or 109.5kg....can't believe it was March last time I put figures up
At least my weight hasn't changed much, I was expecting much worse, I get
Fed on site sometimes now and the choices are dietary poor, need to get under
The 17st/108kg mark now and hopefully that will give me a boost to get back
On track :-bd

Staying within my target range, but I'm going to need to be careful now. Already definitely getting "heftier".

Morning all,

I've not weighed myself this week for a very good reason.....

My back has once again given up the ghost and so there's no way I could reach the scales in order to see what's what.

I've been really happy recently with (almost) zero drinking, eating well and lots of exercise.

And then I was doubly happy to get out for a great overnighter last Sunday but then on Monday evening everything went sideways

Currently waiting for the emergency weekend doctor to open as I seem to be having some kind of nasty reaction to the latest back medication and have been laid up in bed for the whole week gradually getting worse and worse - boo!

I know it's only temporary but it's pretty demoralising.
