Some pictures from Scotland.

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

A few snaps of Chew and myself enjoying the Highlands last week. I could go into great detail about the trip but I think I'd possibly bore you to tears, so these'll have to do ;)

Image
Sam and Frodo about to set off in search of the Misty Mountains.

Image
Chew and the Devils Staircase ... there was much worse to come!

Image
Now, it may not look like it but this is actually a track. I have to say I was surprised how well a bike rolled over it.

Image
Plenty of bothies, this we found by accident. Very cosy it was.

Image
This we didn't find by accident but I was glad when we arrived.

Image
Chew riding off what seemed to be the edge of the world!

Image
Lovely spot although slightly spoilt by litter and fire rings ... inc' burnt tyres

Image
Indiana Chew and the slippery bridge of doom.

Not actually a Loch but the sea ... not a million miles from Glasgow.

In all honesty Ray I can't say how far, I stopped my gps recording after day 2 ... We set off about 7.30am on Sunday and made it back about lunch time Thursday (but had Thursday night out too).

Looks good fun. What was the (rough) route? I'm near Glasgow so would be good to know some more trails for loaded up off road.
