Good effort!

I am NOT optimistic about tomorrow :???: as I'm only now getting back into work after my recent back buggeration and so have done nowt for almost two weeks.

Still.....hoping to get back on the bike tomorrow and then we'll see what's what after that.

Good luck everyone!

I measured (or do they call it weighed) the other day. It was a couple days after my 83 miler commute and was so gutted at the figures I couldn't bring myself to put it on here...

Then today the lad that was a bit* soft on our hilly ride (2600 ft on 23 miles) observed that I was looking good but after all my riding, was still showing the belly!! and that maybe I shuold eat less!! :o

Anyway... was 85.6kg (or was it 86.5 :-bd )

*just a bit soft

15.2.19: 78.7kg
22.2.19: 78.4kg

More undeserved weight loss this week.
No exercise apart from some DIY, restaurant meals, lots of sugar and only limited portion control. Still managed 300g. Kind of proves one study I read that found that if you weigh yourself regularly and take no other conscious steps to diet that you can still loose weight almost by accident.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

Sorry it has been a few weeks since my last confession, I have been clearing out the last lot of flu. I am back on the wagon though so here we go.

4.1.19 - 133.9kg
12.1.19 - 133.5kg
19.1.19 - 134kg I have not been well this week, I will be on Antibiotics for another 3 days, grounded until I get off tem
25.1.19 - 133.6 finally off the antibiotics and feeling better
22.2.19 133.5kg actually feeling human.

New bike is here, feeling better, actually positive for the first time in ages, the mental game is on the right page too.

Pleaae may I ask regards rules on this...

So far I've been just throwing my weight on every month on a rnadom date but noticed it was once mentioned that theres a database of info being compiled and published..

Now I just read the first post which mentions about 'The Weigh In" being the 1st of the month and then every friday...

So if I wanna play by the rules I need to do just that?? Then what happens ? :geek:
