No, not for me you don't, I just pop them in the spreadsheet as they appear.

In other news, I've just done and 8.5km run in deep fresh snow. Slow as hell and insanely hard work. Now.....to beer or not to beer? That is the question.

18-01-2019 - 113.7kg
25-01-2019 - 114kg
01-02-2019 - 113.3kg
08-02-2019 - 114kg

Arse!

Who knew that riding around Northern Italy for four days could be fattening.

I only managed 215km over four days (well, two days and two half days) and I was ending each day with a visit to a new and exciting craft beer pub but still.....

To be honest I think I'd have been down this week if not for the post-trip 6+ hour drive home yesterday during which I consumed far too much as I was knackered and needed to stay awake (the only time I allow myself coke/redbull evilness is when I'm driving long distances as I don't drink tea or coffee).

Hey-ho.

So.....how's everyone's week been???

04/01 170.2 / 77.2
11/01 168.1 / 76.2
18/01 167.0 / 75.75
25/01 166.2 / 75.39
01/02 165.2 / 74.93
08/02 165.2 / 74.93

No change. No riding this week on account of ice so I have to be happy with that.

25/01 68.8 (151.7)
01/02 69.1 (152.3)
08/02 69.0 (152.1)

Not a great week so a negligible loss is a pleasant surprise. The only riding I managed was nipping out to a bike shop 5 miles out of town just to grab an inner tube.

Sorry for my absence. I've had a good dose of head up my arse time. New meds, new knee flare up, blah blah blah...

Plan is to weigh in tomorrow morning and then take it (again) from there... :-bd

Anyone doing this in a low carb/keto way wanting to have a sub thread for ideas/support?

A little late this week.
1.2.19: 79.9kg
10.2.19: 78.9kg

A bit surprised really as I had a no holds barred eating week but then I have spent the last 3 days riding head first into Storm Eric.

Evening all!

Who's ready for tomorrow's visit to the scales of truth?

Not me! My back finally gave in after months of service above/beyond the call of duty and so I'm laid up feeling very sorry for myself

I'd love to say that I'm using the time to focus on eating healthily and refraining from drinking but that would be a massive lie

Next week I'll be better.....

Let's see what the numbers say in the morning.

Good luck all!

Chin up Gairy, Dont let it grind you down!

Ben away with work this week, so living on restaurant food and no exercise beyond walking about It cant have gone well for the mass for me either.

I'm away from home so it'll be delayed. The fact I'm away from home has curtailed any exercise and the reason I'm away from home has me eating crap.

Thanks, I'm trying! Using my time to catch-up on admin, sleep and re-training myself on some 3d modelling software I've neglected.

01-01-2019 - 115.7kg
04-01-2019 - 114.5kg
11-01-2019 - 113.9kg
18-01-2019 - 113.7kg
25-01-2019 - 114kg
01-02-2019 - 113.3kg
08-02-2019 - 114kg
15-02-2019 - 114.5kg

Boo!

No surprise but I'm not really worried as it'll all come back off once I'm back on my feet again.

But still, boo!

08/02 69.0 (152.1)
15/02 69.0 (152.1)

No change so I need to find time to exercise. Either that or be a bit more disciplined at the weekend.
