I'll weigh in tomorrow, Sunday, or next friday

sub standard week, comfort food, black dog instigated by the news that my heart scan won't be until 18th April (that'll be 5 months) . Investigating the price of getting it private

Anyway decided last night, with agreement with my wife, that I'm going to start riding again, not full out and just and hour or two, some hiking too. What's the worst that could happen

Nice work there Rich. Some weeks it just seems to fall off by itself.

01.01.19 - 98.2kg
04.01.19 - 98.1kg.
11.01.19 - 99.0kg
18.01.19 - 97.9kg
25.01.19 - 98kg on the button

100g heavier than last week. That'd be the two cups of coffee I've had this morning and the fact I've not ... you know ... this morning.
I'm just going outside ...

11/01 168.1/76.2
18/01 167.0/75,75
25/01 166.2/75. 39

Genuinely surprised at further weight loss this week as I've not been so active and had a couple of sessions.

18/01 70.1 (154.5)
25/01 68.8 (151.7)

It's been a better week this week, much reduced chocolate and beer consumption and I even got out on the bike for a couple of hours.

Got it :-bd

So how's everyone's week been?

Mine's been up and down with light dietary failures, not enough exercise and too much booze.

I'm expecting a gain

But..... I'm not too worried as after the weekend I'm heading off to do a four day bike trip.

I'm resisting the word 'bikepacking' as although I'll be carrying all my kit I'm planning on taking a cheap room each evening as the trip isn't particularly in 'the nature' and it's bloody cold in Northern Italy at the minute.

I fancy exercise, freedom and solitude but NOT hardship, suffering or discomfort.

Ok, let's see how everyone shapes up in the morning - good luck one and all!!!

I've decided I'm not going to worry too much about my weight for a while. I want my fitness back more than anything.

Any weight loss will just be a bonus.

Really struggling the past few days.Been working 12hr days and by time I get home at 7pm I just end up sitting on the couch having dinner and not moving for a few hours then it's sleep time ready to do it all again. Really need to get my motivation back and even do a run or something straight after work.

102.8 kg :-bd Suprised, a better week, man flu on the wane and a couple of runs done. With Keith on this one, work isn’t conducive to trying to get fitter and lose weight. Unpredictable hours and lots of driving tends to draw me to the couch. Working in the cold takes it right out of me, last couple of days have been Baltic!! Roll on spring

25.1.19: 81.1kg
1.2.19: 79.9kg

Totally amazed it's still falling off me so fast. Broke the 80kg mark so no doubt the slow down will come soon, but a stone in a month is bloody great.

25/01 68.8 (151.7)
01/02 69.1 (152.3)

Intake was fine but too carb heavy probably and no exercise beyond walking.

I am shocked and appalled by the fact that I've lost weight this week :???:

01-01-2019 - 115.7kg
04-01-2019 - 114.5kg
11-01-2019 - 113.9kg
18-01-2019 - 113.7kg
25-01-2019 - 114kg
01-02-2019 - 113.3kg

So, down 2.4kg for the month which I'll take!

I've finally figure out how to create a graph from the google sheets spreadsheet and so I'll upload something tonight or tomorrow once everyone has had a chance to post their scores for this week.....

Good work everyone (well, most  )

Ooh...darn... last week actually was a bit much. The eat less move more balance has tipped a bit to the eating side of things. Can't let things get out of hand now.

I didn't get to the scales his week so will have to wait until next week. However, my waist and chest feel smaller so hope to still be going in the right direction. Ok, where is my beer?
