Tony,
Where are you headed for - on road or off-road?
Here's a start.. Norwegian State mapping online (as near to OS maps as you'll get.
https://www.norgeskart.no/#!?project=se ... =131532.23
DNT - huts and cabins in the hills and elsewhere - you can ride into some - many are a walk too.
https://english.dnt.no/
Snow will stay on the high fjells well past Easter and into our summer - some high roads will be closed - long tunnels (that are built to replace the narrow mountain roads and give all year access to some communities) will be unpleasant to ride in...
GPS maps..if you manage to sort an Edge
http://www.frikart.no/garmin/velgkart.html
Touring will be ace too... let me know if you need any more?

Re: maps for Norway.
Have a flight booked to visit Norway last week in May (late May bank holiday week)
Typically is there a lot of snow that time of year?
Other option is to go in August for the August bank holiday week.
Only £30 each to change flight.
The track I want to follow (runs alongside the Bergen to Oslo railway track near Finse spends a lot of time at altitude)

The Rallavegen…. May will be early - there will be a lot of snow beyond Easter but it's going from then on and the lakes are thawing too
https://www.visitnorway.com/places-to-g ... llarvegen/ suggests July to September
Road opening times - may might be lucky.. but if it's high on the plateau and inland near Voss/Finse I think you will be very lucky to have a clear track in May.
I am more familiar with this road further south over to Setesdal from Sirdal - opens about Mid May some years.... 10m of snow to plow a few years ago ;-)

This will all depend on the snow between now and the end of the season (as in how much snow). Not that much snow this year, but if the clod continues and we get more snow, who knows.
August bank holiday.. kids back in school and a very much end of the season feel to Norway i.e. the end of summer was last week... again this will be dependent on the summer...
