Is Pont-erwydd BP garage the one we all stopped at last year going the opposite way. They did amazing microwave food I remember!

So the 200 goes right past the Nant Rhys bothy, perhaps there will be some hot food there for the blagging! Still the BB inn looks the best bet on that section
Re: BB200/300 Food and Water stops
Also the Llandinam Lion Hotel at approximately 120/130kms.

I love that BP garage, its such throw back to another age, not in decor but attitude. Service with-or-without a smile.Asposium wrote:https://goo.gl/maps/2CdxXoKAST12dlovett wrote:Is Pont-erwydd BP garage the one we all stopped at last year going the opposite way. Is the garage in Ponterwydd right on the BB200 route? Or is a little detour required?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Well, it's much easier than digging a hole... but no, it's just quicker to refill water that way than filter it.
(and yes, I know you don't generally need to filter in Wales, but it wouldn't be my first bad experience with not doing so)

Llangurig (c.107km): Post Office & Bluebell Inn
Llandiloes (c.155km): Spar & Welcome take-away open until 11pm

Getting to Llanidloes by 11pm would be seriously impressive. Kudos to anyone that manages that.
Re: BB200/300 Food and Water stops
I am in no way claiming to be able to do that! It was ssnowman who put that detail in.Richard G wrote:Getting to Llanidloes by 11pm would be seriously impressive. Kudos to anyone that manages that.
i was more thinking of hitting it for breakfast
