109.2Kg, diet change working well I’m not missing meat, had some chicken last night and was nonplussed about it.
Alcohol next, planning to alternate drinks with non alcoholic and diet mixers. Not that I’m a jakey, but added up the calories after a couple of nights out and it trashed the efforts of the previous week :-bd

19.1.18 - 108.7kg - slow progress but still progress - first main goal just another ~8 weeks away ;-)

I would have like to have lost a wee bit more, but I've been suffering from a bit of back pain this last week so activity levels are down, that plus the weather is chuffing awful. Just spent today sitting reading, at least I managed to leave the biscuit tin alone
26.01.18:. 75.9 kg

Weights last week or so were all over the place, the back slowly got better, wife's uncle just passed away and as the only surviving relative she/we have been running around quite a bit, so eating/sleeping patterns somewhat disrupted. But, been out on the bike this week (short and easy) and the forecast is good for the next few days so hopefully get a couple of longer road rides in at the weekend. The local off road is a sticky horrible gloopfest at the moment, not much fun at all.
So not too much lost but still heading in the right direction, I'm happy with that

OK my weekly tally is much more gentle, but going the right direction

05/01/2018 91.5kg
12/01/2018 91.2kg
19/01/2018 90.8kg
26/01/2018 90.4kg

Trying not to lose it too quickly as Im building muscle and fitness too, not being too strict on diet and drink - At least going I'm in the right direction :-bd

EDIT : Forgot to Mention Target os 85kg by the beginning of June

Hi groovers,

This week: 240 lb
Loss for week: 2 lb
Total loss this year: 7 lb

My stats history:
03/01: 247
05/01: 246
12/01: 244
19/01: 242
26/01: 240

Pleased with another 2lb. Drinking tonnes of water - which seems to be stopping too much snacking. Still off the booze. Couple of rides. Hope to do another 2lb next week.

Bad week for me but was expecting worse as I haven't done any exercise and have snacked at work all so not surprised.

06/01/2018 - 67.6kg
13/01/2018 - 67.3kg (-0.3kg)
20/01/2018 - 67.0kg (-0.3kg)
27/01/2018 - 66.8kg (-0.2kg)

Target 1, 15/03/2018: 63kg.

That target might be a little optimistic. Maybe 64kg is possible, but who knows.

Once upon a time I weighed above 90kg... not many people would guess that to see me now.

 I honestly struggle to see where you could have hidden an extra 50% of your body mass Richard.

Mostly on my gut I'm afraid, and without wanting to go TMI... I'll always have the stretch marks to remind me of it. :|

Odd week for me. Struggled really badly with energy levels last weekend, and training wasnt going well.. So im going to try something out for a few weeks. So quite happy to put some weight on this week and see how it works out over two weeks. If I get this right now it will set me up right for the year ahead :)

Some good figures here folks, keep at it

206.5
201.1
199.6
203.6 29/1/18
